More bugfixes and changes

• Removal of ability to simultaneously jump and use the basic hammer attack.
• Kassidy can no longer be "uncrystalled" after a sword attacks her.
• Removed input lock from dying from fire while hammer spinning.
• Erroneous Sun Pillar removed.
• Train tracks have been reverted to deal 1 heart of damage.
• More deaths will register as "generic."
• Player should no longer be able to do things in the "Demolished" screen.
• More tracks added to the music player.
